The starters came out playing at a very high level from the opening tip. The bench guys continued the same effort in the second and never dropped their guard. It was a very complete effort from the entire team.
Freshmen guard, Deryk Farmer made his first start and led the team in scoring with 14 points. If he he plays like that every game, he will be a tremendous asset coming off the bench in the playoffs.
