North Medford traveled to Eugene needing a win at Sheldon to regain the inside track to the third and final playoff spot in the Southwest Conference. Their chances looked good after a 23-13 third quarter saw them erase a seven point half-time deficit and take a three point lead and the momentum entering the fourth. Sadly, they couldn’t hold that momentum and Sheldon outscored North 17-10 in the final frame and won the game 54-50, going away. Houston Klug led the Tornado with 13 points, Andrew Plankenhorn and Antonio Orozco chipped in 9 points a piece.
